Descripción de la ofertaDuración de la oferta: hasta el 28/04/2021FuncionesType of product: Cooling modules (Water radiator, Charge Air Cooler, Condensor) Responsibilities: - Contact person for customer in the case of any quality issues - Support at customer plant or in sequence/introductory stocks used by customer - To ensure preventive communication with customer in order to keep good/expected mutual cooperation - To evaluate and inform provider responsible person about the frequency and severity of quality topics - To set up and check sorting/rework actions at customer side - To set up and control corrective actions agreed/approved between customer and provider - To systematically work on problem solving - To analyse NOK pieces, to ensure correctly done requested reporting - To keep contact with production and quality responsible person at customer house in order to get correct and complete info about the quality topics in requested time frame - To ensure correct reaction to quality topics and if needed then to install all necessary corrective actions in order to ensure requested quality of the pieces and also to ensure sorting/separation of NOK pieces - To control correct process of assembling and handling the piecesRequisitos- English speaking - Knowledge of ISO norms, VDA norms, Formel Q, D/TLD parts, product responsibility - Necessary to be in customer house up to 2 hours from call - Presence in the plant IVECO Madrid o 1x per week - preventively o in the case of any quality issue» ÁreaCalidad, I+D, PRL y medio ambiente» Categoría o nivelTécnicos» Nº Vacantes1Competencia/cualificación:
