Funciones

Internactional company is looking for Customer Service Specialist Arabic + English speaker. Descripción de la oferta * Communication activities for new operations. Engaging with local office to organize face to face meetings with the TA, TAA and Airlines. * Engagement with LO´s to to publish airlines payment policy once a new market has been launched. * FAQs review for every new market. * Update implementation plans for new BSP´s. * IEP readiness of GDS´s. Activate CCEP in Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport for all airlines accepting IEP in the new operations. * Prepare reports for the SteerCo & PSG. * Answering internal queries from OPS (CS, AGM and Invoicing) regarding new operations launched in 2020. * Inform AP to proceed with the Opt-In and Out from airlines in each BSP. * Create new IEP calendars for operations going live next year. * Any other task requested by IEP Manager. Perfil del candidato * You hold a university degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline; * You have 1-3 years of relevant experience in front office department; * You have a proven ability to develop strategy and drive communication campaigns; * You have excellent skills in research, report writing and creating presentations; * You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and to work in a team environment; * You have a proactive approach to problem solving; * You have excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; * Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, knowledge of other languages will be an asset; Oferta de empleo *Permanent contract. *Salary. 25.000 - 30.000 ? *Place.
