Great opportunity in a fast growing multinational environment Description Facilities Management Perform regular assessments on the Office facilities shape, proactively spotting potential areas of repairs and/or improvements Coordinate maintenance activities to resolve all issues in a timely manner and according to PageGroup standards Assist on potential projects regarding new office fit outs or renovations Procurement and Finance * Assist on vendors contract reviews and negotiations * Analysis of costs and forecast of future expenses * Perform purchases of goods and services * Make sure internal Procurement Policies are followed Plan & Manage events for internal meetings, trainings, outdoor events and corporate parties Assist on several Office services areas as needed Assist on the Onboarding of new employees Support & contribute to initiatives around sustainability and social programs Profile Living in Barcelona or willing to relocate Disability certificate Previous experience in Office Management, Procurement roles or Facilities Management jobs Spanish & English bilingual, Catalan would be highly valued Ability to deal with a wide variety of Stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills, initiative to tackle challenges and meet deadlines Self-starter, proactive and hands on Good office organizational skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize Job Offer Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional
