Descripción de la oferta * Deliver excellent customer experiences in all interactions with internal and external customers. * Investigate and resolve customer issues and ensures proper settlement by considering the complexity, requirements and nature of an issue or complaint using judgment and correct application of policies and procedures. * Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. * Manage large amounts of incoming calls. * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. * Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. * Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. * Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media. * Analysis, achievement and monitoring of KPIS. Perfil del candidato High school diploma or equivalent - Experience as a sales representative in a call center - Native level of Portuguese (written and spoken) - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Tech savvy skills to learn new software/applications quickly - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Ability to approach problems logically - Strong planning & Scheduling skills - Organizing and planning time spend on specific activities Keyboard skills - Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Word and Excel Oferta de empleo *Salaray. 16.732 ? *Permanent contract. *Schedule.
