**Product Manager Brintellix - Business Unit Psychiatry** **Location** Cataluña **City** Barcelona **Department** 002 Sales & Marketing **Application deadline** 29 July 2016 **Description** The BU Psychiatry within Lundbeck Iberia is seeking a Product Manager for Brintellix We are looking for an analytical, structured,flexible and results oriented person.
The successful candidate will be accountable for brand planning, brand localization and implementation and responsible for execution of congresses, meetings, campaigns and trainings within the Affiliate Unit: Barcelona - Spain.
**Your job and key responsibilities** As a Product Manager, you will report to the Psychiatry Business Unit Director.
Primary functions: + Deliver on agreed operational targets.
+ Ensure successful launch of product through first class launch plans and effective execution of agreed activities.
+ Create local Brand plan and adapt tactical plan for Affiliate Unit and facilitate implementation.
+ Adapt customer segmentation in line with Corporate strategy.
+ Conduct and participate in selected focus groups.
+ Participate in and plan regional ad-boards.
+ Participate in and drive professional stakeholder management and advocacy development in the geographic areas of the Affiliate Unit on KOL?s + Ensure the local products value proposition is in agreement with the global products value proposition.
+ Ensure compliance of locally translated marketing material with global marketing strategy, positioning, message platform and customer segmentation through interaction with the medical team.
+ Adapt key messages to Affiliate Unit for language and compliance.
+ Ensure close cooperation with the Affiliate Units sales management and sales teams.
+ Support Medical with meetings / symposias within the Affiliate Unit and provide input to booth / materials for countries in Affiliate Unit.
+ Having up-to-date and in depth knowledge of local marketing conditions in the Affiliate Unit and associated Country Sales Territories.
+ Ensure proactive interaction and knowledge sharing with Global Marketing function at Headquarter and other European Affiliates as appropriate.
**Qualifications** Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications: + Advanced academic degree in health science and / or commercial discipline.
+ Solid understanding of pharmaceutical science & regulations.
+ Extensive Marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably CNS.
+ Solid experience from marketing functions working with multi-country and multi-culture customers.
+ International experience and intercultural sensitivity.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Good stakeholder management skills.
+ Good influencing and negotiation skills.
+ Analytical and result-oriented.
+ Structured and detail-oriented.
+ Flexible and change-minded.
