Our client, leader in the IT sector, its looking for SWEDISH/FINNISH/NORWEGIAN speakers, Motivated, Dynamic and Energetic. Willing to enjoy the Inside Sales Team. You'll be part of an international team with 70+ members located in Madrid and will play a key role identifying and generating sales-ready businnes opportunities in the software/hardware area. Descripción de la oferta * Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market. * Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered * Creating the business environment for sustained growth on the account * Developing and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activities * Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports * Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals. * Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts * Prepare commercial and technical service proposals * Focus on driving profitability through proactive management * Execute and achieve sales quota and targets * Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline * Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls Perfil del candidato * Native SWEDISH or FINNISH or NORWEGIAN speaker * Experience in call center services * Experience in back office tasks. * Solid Sales Background * Strong communication skills * Achievement and goal oriented Valuable skills: * University degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in inside sales/business development. * 1 year of experience in sales of IT solutions. * Experience in using phone and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.
