We are currently looking for a Facility Manager for our ADP office in Prague. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working in space management, organization and logistics. By working as Facility Manager you will be in charge of critical projects which facilitates business procurement and services. You will be also in charge of team management of the front-office personnel.
Main Responsibilities:
+ Regular office supply inventory, purchase and restocking
+ Cooperation with the office suppliers ? contracts, price and service negotiation
+ Business phones, data cards, orders, repairs and distribution
+ Company fleet management ? logbooks, cooperation with the leasing and insurance companies, support to the drivers, cars orders, service and repairs coordination, car replacements
+ RFP program ? global hotel program, cooperation with hotels in Prague and Pilsen, price and service negotiation, support for ADP events taking place in the hotels, booking.
+ Amex ? responsible and contact person for American Express, business travels arrangements
+ Building maintenance and landlord relationship management
+ Planning and implementation of the office, improvement initiatives
+ Internal access system ? responsibility for the system and audits, distribution of the access cards and the assigned access, service and maintenance of the system
+ Occupational Health and Safety ? cooperation with HR department, responsibility for the working environment and its safety including the equipment and the revisions
+ Team management ? reception ? attendance, goals, evaluation, work and duties management
+ Ticketing tool ? development, management and setting of the tool, support for the users
+ Support for ADP events and the organization
+ Cooperation with company departments and creation of the various reports (HR, finances, facilities, procurement, property, GETs, management?)
+ CSR ? member of Engagement and CSR group, cooperation with the group, work on the program related to the company social responsibility, events organization ? optional
+ Previous experience in Facility Management role within a large commercial organization is not mandatory but an advantage;
+ Experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management;
+ Fluency in Czech and English language;
+ Strong verbal & written communication skills;
+ Decision making & complex problem solving;
+ Leadership & Team Management Skills: previous Team Leading experiences are not mandatory but an advantage;
+ Customer service oritented;
+ High project management skills with proven track records of successfull managed projects
Please note that the position is a Maternity Leave Cover therefore we can offer only limited contract. For this reason we are going to consider only people already residing in Czech Republic.
